St. Louis, MO – August 6, 2026 – Arcadian Infracom, a leading provider of critical information infrastructure, announced that it has selected LightRiver, a recognized leader in optical networking integration and managed services, as the Network Operations Center (NOC) provider for Arcadian’s growing portfolio of long-haul and middle-mile fiber routes across the United States.
Arcadian currently has six long-haul fiber routes under development in the Southwestern and Western U.S., including over 1,450 route miles of critically needed information infrastructure in California and beyond. When completed, these fiber routes will connect major U.S. data centers, subsea fiber landing stations and rural communities throughout the Western U.S.
By combining Arcadian’s purpose-built fiber network with LightRiver’s industry-leading software enabled services, optical engineering and 24/7 NOC capabilities, the companies provide customers with a seamless, end-to-end managed transport solution backed by a single operational framework. The partnership establishes a comprehensive operational platform designed to deliver high network availability, rapid issue resolution and a superior customer experience as Arcadian continues expanding its nationwide fiber footprint.
