Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated warehouse associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll pick, pack, and ship orders accurately, efficiently, and on time — all while creating an organized work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain an extremely clean, organized workstation, warehouse, and facility
• Maintain 100% accurate records
• Picking, packing, and shipping small parcels. (UPS / FEDEX)
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Receiving and shipping of LTL shipments according to procedures
• Preparing documentation for LTL outbound shipments
• Ensure accurate scanning of the serialized bar code into NetSuite
• Monitor and ensure accurate inventory
• Daily cycle counts
• Ensure timely receiving of inventory and put into the racking system via forklift
• Champion 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company
• Prioritize safety and compliance  
• Facility maintenance – including cleaning, stocking of supplies, monthly and annual inspections
• Inspect and operate forklifts daily

What You Bring:

• Self-motivated
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience
• Highly organized
• Proven knowledge of shipping LTL freight
• Experience picking, packing, and shipping workflows
• Proficient in NetSuite or other ERP/WMS systems    
• NetSuite RF Smart Technology experience
• Excellent communicator — both written and verbal
• Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Able to type 25 wpm
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
