It is with great excitement that we welcome George Daum to the LightRiver team as the Vice President of Cloud Sales! George will be joining the Concord office in California and will be a vital part in growing business with large Internet content providers, data centers and cloud companies.
George comes to LightRiver as an accomplished sales executive with notable success in launching new technical products and services. Throughout his career, George has consistently delivered 
upon business objectives by attracting strategic talent and building strong industry relationships with customers like Netflix, Twitter, Oracle, Amazon, F5, Apple, Facebook and more!
George mostly recently served at the Western Regional Sales Director for Arbor Networks, where he provided customer solutions focused on traffic visibility, forensics and DDOS mitigation. In prior experience, he has acted as the AT&T Director of their Akamai Alliance, the VP of Sales at Level3 for Content Markets and VP of Global Accounts at Digital Island and Exodus, delivering hundreds of millions of dollars to over 700 accounts including Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, eBay and Inktomi, with eight direct reports and a total staff of 80.
George resides in San Francisco, and holds a B.S. Mathematics and a B.S. Computer Science from Kean University in Union, New Jersey.
