Salary Range

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations and Site Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Richardson, Texas facility. This role is responsible for managing warehouse workflows, inventory accuracy, and site maintenance, with a strong focus on utilizing NetSuite ERP for operational visibility and control. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and experienced in logistics and facility management within a dynamic technology environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
- Lead all warehouse functions: receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and NetSuite ERP tracking.
- Streamline warehouse layout, processes, and resource use for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate freight, shipments, and logistics documentation.
Facilities Management:
- Oversee facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance contractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and physical security protocols.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and develop warehouse and maintenance staff.
- Set schedules, delegate tasks, and conduct team performance reviews.
- Provide training on safety procedures and NetSuite system usage.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Generate reports via NetSuite on inventory, order status, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Help manage warehouse and facilities budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5–7+ years in warehouse/facilities management.
- NetSuite ERP experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on management style.
- Familiarity with OSHA, safety protocols, and warehouse compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment.
- Experience with lean warehousing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
- Background in telecom or technology hardware logistics a plus.
Work Environment
- On-site, warehouse-based role in Richardson, TX.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature conditions.
